Kitchen porter

Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic job in a welcoming mountain environment? Our mountain bar is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Dishwasher. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the kitchen and the dishes used in our bar. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our work environment is hygienic and efficient.

Responsibilities:
  • Wash and dry dishes, pots, pans, and utensils used at the bar.
  • Keep the kitchen clean and tidy during and after your shift.
  • Work with the kitchen staff to ensure a smooth flow of clean dishes.
  • Comply with health and food safety regulations at all stages of work.
  • Support the team in other cleaning and food preparation tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in cleaning commercial kitchens or restaurants is preferred, but not essential.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including evening and weekend shifts.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Bartender

As a bartender, you’ll have the opportunity to create memorable experiences for our customers by offering them delicious drinks in a welcoming and charming setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, cocktails, and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
  • Recommend drinks to customers based on their tastes and preferences.
  • Maintain high quality of products served, adhering to established standards.
  • Manage workflow efficiently during peak periods, ensuring minimal waiting times for customers.
  • Keep the bar counter and surrounding area clean and tidy.
  • Ensure the bar is stocked with necessary ingredients and supplies.
  • Provide friendly and courteous service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
Requirements:
